All workshops incorporate the most recent scientific research in effective reading instruction. The science of reading instruction must reach beyond phonological and phonics instruction if we want to improve reading achievement. The majority of my work translates recent reading research in the areas of comprehension, vocabulary, and working with struggling readers.
